Susan is a data and analytics technology leader with over 20 years of experience in strategies and implementations across a wide range of industries.  She’s transformed multiple professional services practices and global clients: building teams, methodologies, and market strategies including developing and implementing governance models, processes and frameworks.  Susan easily pivots between agile, traditional waterfall and hybrid delivery frameworks depending on client needs.

As an experienced project, program and portfolio manager, Susan excels in both executive and project level communications and negotiations.  Susan is the go-to person for complex and challenging programs.  In addition to her deep experience as a solution architect, Susan’s background includes the design, development and implementation of multiple enterprise-wide relational and multi-dimensional database systems for cloud, on premise and hybrid solutions.  She is an experienced project leader and implementation specialist for finance, sales, service, marketing, project management, real estate management, human capital management, profitability, forecasts and executive level decision support solutions. She possesses strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of a wide range of software solutions.

Susan’s background includes Data and Analytics Strategy Roadmaps, Data and Analytics Tools Selection, Quality Assurance, User Adoption, Governance, Change Management and Implementations.  Susan has managed multiple business intelligence and analytics projects and is an OBIEE certified and Siebel Analytics Master Certified Consultant. She is experienced in building and leading diverse and global teams and is a PWC Genesis Park 2015 alum (PWC Global Leadership program for top directors from around the globe.) Susan also led PWC WIT (Women in Technology) strategic alliances and global peer to peer programs.
